Saudi Cement Company announces the distribution of dividend for period first half 2015.

The Board of Directors of Saudi Cement Company, has resolved during its meeting held on 25/05/2015 (07/08/1436), distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the first half 2015 as following:
- Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 459 Millions.
- Divided per share SAR 3.
- Divided represent 30% of the Face value.
- The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) at the close of market on Tuesday 30/06/2015 (13/09/1436).
- Payment of dividends shall commence by Riyad Bank on Thursday 09-07-2015 (22-09-1436) through direct transfer to stockholders bank accounts linked to their investment portfolios, and cash to stockholders without investment portfolios by presenting their national ID cards at counters of Riyad Bank branches.
