Saudi Cement company announces the results of the extraordinary general assembly meeting.

Saudi Cement Company announces that the extraordinary General Assembly meeting was held after achieving the legal quorum on Thursday 07/02/1437H corresponding to 19/11/ 2015 at 4:00 p.m at Sheraton Dammam hotel and the results of voting on the agenda were as follows:
(1) Elected the below-mentioned gentlemen to Company’s Board of Directors for the term 01/01/2016-31/12/2018 using normal voting system:
- Mohamed Suliman Balghoneim.
- Waleed Ahmed Aljafalli.
- Khalid Abdulrahman Al-Abdul Kareem.
- Fahad Abdullah Al-Saleh.
- Hamad Abdullah Al-Olayan.
- Abdulrahman Suliman Al-Rajhi.
- Mohamed Ali Al-Garni.
- Khalid Abdulrahman Al-Rajhi.
- Ahmed Mohamed Al-Omran.
- Mohamed Abdul Kareem Al-Khraiji.
- Ameen Musa Al-Afifi.
